3. THE “MUST TRY” STUFF
There are a number of signature dishes to choose that will make you grunt like a crazy happy pig in mud!
The Spanish Version of a Roasted Suckling Pig (Yes! That’s the one where we start throwing plates around ;-P )
We pioneered the Pork Ribs Movement (Iberico Ribs, Roasted, Soft Bone BBQ and more) A word of advice: We encourage you using your hands to eat. Using Fork & Knife is a violation of Pork Rib Rights.
4.FREE FLOW SUNDAY BRUNCH
Without booze, Brunch is nothing but a sad, late breakfast. So here we come to the rescue! Free Flow Cava, Wines and Beers from 12pm to 2:30pm. And what would go better with it than the finest Spanish cold cuts and a selection of our most famous porkilicious dishes?
Parking on Changkat can be a messy business. That’s why we have our OWN designated Jockey Service right in front of our Eatery. Flash your receipt of Elcerdo during lunch time and Parking is FREE! Flash your receipt after dinner and park for a flat rate of RM 10 nett! (cheapest on the road:-)
6. A RELAXED, FUN BUT DIGNIFIED ATMOSPHERE
Yes, we know that some parts of Changkat can get a bit – how should we put it – “exotic”?! Fret not. The wildlife is happening on other parts of the road. But if you are up for it, it’s the perfect place to continue after your meal!
Besides the food we are blessed with a great Team that wants to make sure you are well taken care of. We love em. And think you will love em too:-)
8. IT IS NICE TO HAVE A NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK WITH YOUR MEAL BUT…
We have 1 of the most well curated wine lists in town, ranging from very wallet-friendly quality sips to ridiculously priced bottles for connoisseurs.
9. The Owner is a previous Michelin Star Chef!
With over 40 years of hotel kitchen, catering and fine dining experience under his belt, Werner Kuhn is helming the Restaurant as its Guardian Angel. This man can cook!
10. There are around 1 billion pigs in the world at any one time, with China housing more than half of that number!
